Who might Amara, FL4K, Moze, and Zane have become if they weren't Vault Hunters?
The backstories of the Borderlands 3 Vault Hunters are well established at this point. Amara the Siren was born in the slums of Partali and went on to become a champion of people using her powers to fight bullies and combat oppression. FL4K the Beastmaster was created as an Indexing Unit to serve under the Grand Archivist but, since becoming self-aware, has been on a murderous journey of self-discovery. Moze the Gunner was a soldier in the Vladof army's mechanized infantry division until she witnessed the eradication of her entire squad during a fateful mission at Darzaran Bay and decided to quit, taking her Iron Bear mech with her. And Zane the Operative was a mercenary whose considerable death-dealing talents were for sale to the highest bidder until he moved to Pandora and was recruited by the Crimson Raiders.
With the upcoming release of the Multiverse Final Form cosmetic packs, you'll get a look at who the Borderlands 3 Vault Hunters might have become if formative events in their respective histories had played out differently. Each Vault Hunter-specific pack includes a new body and head, which you can mix and match with any other customization options you have in your collection.
So, without further ado, let's meet the Multiverse versions of Amara, FL4K, Moze, and Zane. Who would they be if they hadn't become Vault Hunters?
Amara: Partali
Renegade
After years spent in the spotlight as both a public hero and prize
fighter, Amara grows tired of the fame and publicity. Choosing instead a path of humility and justice, she conceals her identity, allowing the legend of the Tiger of Partali to take on a life of
its own. She lives on the run and on the hunt, striking fear in the hearts of the criminal and corrupt alike.
FL4K: Grand
Archivist
There is no treasure greater than that of knowledge and no greater
responsibility than that of its care. After the digital miracle of awakening to sentience, FL4K turns their gifts to the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom rather than blood and death. They remain
at their mysterious library to protect the secrets within from invaders, ultimately inheriting the role of Grand Archivist.
Moze: Commissar
Andreyevna
In the roiling crucible of war, soldiers are forged into legends. At the
Battle of Darzaran Bay, Moze leads the Ursa Corps to claw victory from the bloody jaws of defeat. The start of a long path of heroic and valorous conduct, she rises through the ranks to become a
loyal and decorated officer in the Vladof army.
Zane: Assassin
One
Following a lifetime spent honing his skills of assassination, Zane decides he
isn't ready for retirement. Using the latest cutting-edge technology to enhance his abilities (and his hair), he becomes the most fearsome hired killer in the galaxy and makes sure that if he's
going to be the last thing someone sees, he's going to look good.
Coinciding with the November 10 release of the Designer's Cut add-on included in Season Pass 2, the Multiverse Final Form cosmetic packs will be granted to owners of the Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe Edition and original Season Pass, as well as to anyone purchasing the new Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, console-only Borderlands 3 Next-Level Edition, or Season Pass 2.
We hope you enjoy experimenting with these new looks so you can look your very best while making mayhem!
